Conquering Self-Doubt

A Self-Discovery Think Sheet

Self-doubt is a common experience, but it can hold you back from reaching

your full potential. This worksheet will help you identify the roots of your

self-doubt, understand its patterns, and develop strategies to overcome it.

Part 1: Unearthing the Roots

1. Triggers: Reflect on recent situations where you felt self-doubt. What

specifically triggered these feelings? (e.g., public speaking, starting a

new project)

2. Inner Critic: Describe the voice of your self-doubt. What kinds of

things does it say to you? (e.g., "You're not good enough," "You'll

mess up")

3. Past Experiences: Can you identify any past experiences (e.g.,

childhood criticism, failures) that might contribute to your self-doubt?

feel inadequate.

negative outcomes.
